Client website: KG Teknik

The challenge

KG Teknik sells and services commercial laundry machines, with branches in Batam and Pekanbaru. Its buyer is someone deciding to open a laundry business. That person searches for a starter package or the cost of opening in their city, long before they search for a machine brand.

What we did

We built the store and write guides in Indonesian for that early stage: starter packages city by city and practical questions such as waste water, without promising any income. Each guide leads to a short enquiry form.

The result

Tracked from 20 May 2026, organic clicks went from 19 to 111 and search impressions from 572 to 5,519 in 28-day windows. Page-one keywords went from 2 to 13 on an average day. The city guides lead: Medan went from 0 to 11 clicks and Bandung from 0 to 7. Still open: these are small numbers, and we show the direction, not the scale.

What we built and wrote

  • The website: A Shopify store we built from scratch: machine catalogue, laundry business-package pages and enquiry routing.
  • The blog: Guides for people starting a laundry business: starter packages by city and what to do with waste water. Each article has a short enquiry form, and the site has an enquiry tracker we rebuilt on 5 October 2026.

What went wrong, and why

In September 2026 we showed 52 enquiries for KG Teknik. That number was wrong: our first tracker also counted clicks inside the chat widget as enquiries. We found it, rebuilt the tracker on 5 October 2026, and stopped publishing the count until a clean one exists.

Measured change, before and after

Measured 22 Oct 2026: 19 Feb 2026 – 18 Mar 2026 compared with 22 Sep 2026 – 19 Oct 2026.

  • 19 → 111 organic clicks, May–Jun vs Sep–Oct 2026 (tracked from 20 May)
  • 572 → 5,519 search impressions, same windows
  • 2 → 13 keywords on Google page 1, daily average, same windows

KG Teknik is a small site with a clear buyer: laundry-business owners. Tracked from May 2026, clicks went 19 to 111 and impressions 572 to 5,519 in 28-day windows. City starter-package guides lead: Medan (0 to 11 clicks) and Bandung (0 to 7). 'paket usaha laundry bandung' stays on page one.

The honest part

Small numbers. We say so. The direction is what we show, not the scale. No enquiry count this time: on 5 Oct 2026 we rebuilt the lead tracker after finding the old one logged clicks inside the chat widget as enquiries. The 52 we showed in September included those. A clean count starts from 5 Oct.
