Who we are

SingRank ("we", "us") is a Singapore-registered business, UEN 53511142L. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page. This policy covers https://singrank.com and the services described on it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, business name and whatever you write to us — when you use our contact form, WhatsApp, or ask for a free visibility check.

Information collected automatically when you browse: standard site-usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not use this for cross-site advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and run the free visibility check you asked for.

To deliver the services you engage us for, if you become a client.

To understand how people use this site so we can improve it — the same analytics we build for our own clients, used on ourselves.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Enquiries submitted through this site are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the SingRank team.

We share data only with the service providers that make the site and our analytics work — currently Cloudflare (hosting, forms, analytics) and Microsoft Clarity (behaviour analytics) — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service to us.

If you engage SingRank for a service (SEO, GEO, automation, or otherwise), we may need to connect your own accounts (e.g. Google Search Console, your website, your CRM) — always with your explicit permission at the time, on a case-by-case basis.

Cookies and similar technology

Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics may set cookies or use local storage to distinguish returning visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete these through your browser settings at any time; the site will still work without them.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our collecting or using it — including for marketing.

If you believe we've mishandled your data, you may also lodge a complaint with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected for — to handle your enquiry, deliver a service you've engaged us for, or meet a legal obligation — or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses and business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
