What business processes can you automate?

We first check platform access, data quality, security and where human approval is still needed.
How much does custom software cost?
Every project is priced by quote because a simple integration and a complete business system involve very different work. We first confirm the problem, the systems involved, security needs and the smallest useful version. You see the scope and price before the build starts.
Do I need to know exactly what technology I need?
No. Start by showing us the slow, repetitive or unreliable part of the business. We recommend the simplest suitable approach and explain it in plain language before asking you to approve anything.
Can you connect the software we already use?
Often, yes. We first check whether each platform provides suitable access through an API or another supported method. We confirm any limits before including the connection in the scope.
Can you build an AI assistant using our own information?
Yes, where the use case and data are suitable. We can build a system that searches approved documents or connects to permitted tools before answering. This is commonly called RAG or an MCP integration; we will explain the practical difference for your project.
Do you build websites, portals and chatbots too?
Yes. Customer websites, internal portals, chatbots, lead tracking and web applications can all form part of a software project. The scope depends on what users need to do and which systems must work behind it.
Who controls the system and data?
Ownership, hosting, account access, data location and export requirements are agreed before development. At handover, your team receives the access and documentation listed in the project scope.
Can you train me to build my own app or automation?
Yes. Training starts with a real use case such as a dashboard, content workflow, Local AI assistant, n8n automation or MCP connection. We agree the tools and learning outcome first, then build a working foundation together. Complex production systems may still need separate engineering work.
Can you help with a vibe-coded app that already has problems?
