The challenge
Exhibition printing is brutally competitive in Singapore. Buyers search once — “pop up banner Singapore” — and pick from the map results. Pullupstand needed to own that moment, and increasingly buyers were asking AI assistants instead of Google.
What we did
We rebuilt their local signals (Google Business Profile, categories, reviews), structured the site so AI engines can extract and cite it, and targeted money keywords with buyer intent instead of chasing volume.
The result
#1 in the Google local pack for their most valuable keyword, and named directly by Gemini and Perplexity when buyers ask where to buy pop up banners in Singapore. Screenshots below — captured live, incognito.
