Before choosing an SEO and GEO partner, inspect how the work is explained and how progress is measured. SingRank connects customer-demand research, content, technical implementation and reporting. Each recommendation should have a reason you can discuss with us.
app.singrank.com is our public reporting site. It links to a demonstration and a client login. The demo uses a sample business and sample data. Private client records require the appropriate access.
The portal is a way to inspect our product and reporting approach. It does not make every chart a proven business outcome. Read each metric's definition, date and available source coverage.
| Measure | What it tells you | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Search visibility | Search Console impressions, clicks and average position describe observed Google search performance. | Property, page, query, country and reporting period. Average position is not a fixed ranking. |
| Website behaviour | Available analytics describe visits and actions on the site. | Tracking coverage, consent, bots and differences between data sources. |
| Contact actions | A WhatsApp tap or form submission records an action. | A tap may not become a message. Repeated submissions may need deduplication. |
| Recorded enquiries | A captured enquiry provides a record to review. | Qualification, duplicates, spam and whether the source or entry page is known. |
| Confirmed sales | Client sales records establish whether an enquiry became a sale. | CRM or client confirmation. Traffic and tracker events alone cannot prove revenue. |
| AI observations | A recorded answer, citation, referral or crawler visit describes a specific observation. | Engine, prompt, date and observation type. A crawler visit does not prove an AI recommendation. |
Our IFG Shipping case study and other published examples describe named engagements and stated periods. Historical screenshots and archived figures remain historical. They are not current rankings, an agency league table or a forecast for another business.
Before comparing periods, check that the property, metric and tracking method are the same. Where attribution is incomplete, a page may be where someone contacted the business rather than where they first arrived. That distinction matters.
Read the current pricing and exclusions, the SEO, AEO and GEO programme, and our working method. Ask what will be delivered, who owns it, which access is needed and when progress will be reviewed.
We do not guarantee a Google position, AI recommendation or sales outcome. We agree the work and review the available evidence. If a source is unavailable or stale, it needs to be identified before using it to make a decision.
Bring your website and one business goal to a conversation with SingRank. Ask us to show the evidence behind a proposed priority, the work it would require and how we would assess the change. This gives you a concrete basis for comparing the offer.
Evidence you can inspect
Ask which source informed a recommendation, what changed on your site, and when the result will be reviewed. Our reporting should help you answer those questions.
