No list can choose an SEO agency in Malaysia for you. This one lists 20 SEO agencies in Malaysia, using only what each agency says on its own website: where it is based, when it says it started, the price it publishes, and whether it offers AI search work. Every fact was checked on 8 November 2026.
Disclosure, up front: SingRank publishes this page. We sell SEO and GEO, and we list ourselves first. The other 19 are in A to Z order. They are not ranked, and we are not recommending them. Nobody paid to be here, and we link to none of them. SingRank is registered in Singapore and has no office in Malaysia. Where an agency publishes no price, we say so. Ask that agency directly.
Key takeaways
- 11 of the 19 other agencies publish an SEO or GEO price on their own site. Eight do not.
- Published Malaysian prices we found ran from RM880 (a basic package, billing period not stated) to RM12,000+ a month at the top of one agency's range. Source: each agency's own website, checked 8 Nov 2026.
- A "from" price shows where a package starts, and a range shows the spread. What it buys differs from agency to agency, so compare scope in writing, not headline numbers.
- An AI answer we read on 8 November gave one agency's price as "custom quote" while that agency's own homepage showed monthly prices. Use AI answers for names. Take prices from the agency itself.
- Google says nobody can promise you the top spot in its results (Google Search Central). The questions further down apply to every agency here, us included.

"Not stated" means the site gives no founding year. Some give years of experience instead, which is not the same thing, so we leave the cell empty rather than guess.
How we built this list
We started from names that appear when people search for SEO agencies in Malaysia, on list sites and in AI answers. Then we kept only agencies that met three tests on 8 November 2026:
- Its own website has an SEO service page we could read.
- Its own website shows a Malaysian address.
- We could check each fact against the text of that page on the same day.
Agencies we could not check this way are not here. That says nothing about their work. It only means we could not verify them on the day.
For each agency, we took its base, founding year, price and AI search offer from its own pages only. We did not use review sites, award claims or other agencies' lists as a source of facts. We copied prices word for word. Where a page gave a general market range instead of its own price, we wrote "no price published".
Each entry has a screenshot of the agency's homepage, taken on 8 November 2026. Our first, automated capture of Exabytes' homepage was stopped by a standard bot check, so we took that one later the same day in a normal browser.
What AI answers said, and what the agencies' own pages said
To see what these tools tell a business owner, we asked ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google about SEO agencies on 8 November 2026. To ChatGPT we wrote: "Which are the best SEO agencies in Malaysia in 2026? Please list them with their prices."
The names were useful. Several of the prices were not. The answer listed SEO.my's price as "custom quote". The same day, SEO.my's own homepage showed monthly packages from RM 4,500 to RM 10,000, with a custom offer only at the top tier (source: SEO.my's own homepage, checked 8 Nov 2026). The answer also drew several prices from other list sites rather than from the agencies themselves.
We also read Google's AI Overview for a Malaysian search on SEO agency prices the same day. Its figure for Exabytes matched Exabytes' own page. It also grouped Primal, LOCUS-T and Cleverus with "transparently priced scope options", while none of the three showed a package price on its own site that day (source: the three agencies' own sites, checked 8 Nov 2026).
One result on page one of that same Google search was titled for 2027, a year that has not started. Check the date on any price page you read. AI summaries drift from the pages they describe, and that is not any one agency's fault.
This is not a reason to ignore AI answers. It is a reason to treat a price in an AI answer as a lead to check, not a fact. If a price matters to your decision, open the agency's own pricing page, note the date, and ask the agency to confirm it in writing.
1. SingRank (this is us)
SingRank homepage on 8 Nov 2026.
SingRank is an SEO, GEO and AEO agency registered in Singapore in 2025 (UEN 53511142L), with a branch in Batam, Indonesia, as our about page says. There is no SingRank office in Malaysia. Our Malaysia page says we work with Malaysian businesses remotely from Singapore, and that meetings and updates are by phone, WhatsApp and the live dashboard.
What it costs. One plan: S$750 a month for SEO, GEO and AEO together, billed in Singapore dollars; your bank converts the payment, as our Malaysia page says. You commit for three months; after that it runs month to month, and you give 30 days' written notice to stop. This is the full plan price, not a starting price, so it does not line up neatly against the "from" prices below. The price, term and notice period are on our pricing page.
What you get each month, as listed on the pricing page:
- 20 articles, researched, written and published on your website
- Up to 6 hours a month of technical SEO
- A live dashboard of your own, showing visits, enquiries, rankings and the work done
- A reply within 1 working day
If you stop, you keep everything we published, and your Google and Maps accounts stay in your name.
What we do not promise. Our pricing page lists what is not included, and that list includes any guaranteed ranking, AI mention, enquiry or sale.
Proof you can check. Our published client results show dated numbers, including the declines. A commercial vehicle company went from 1,587 organic clicks (Feb–Mar 2026) to 2,677 (28 days to 19 Oct 2026), with 544 enquiries in the 90 days to 21 Oct 2026. A medical equipment retailer's organic clicks fell 11%, from 265 to 235, Feb–Mar against Sep–Oct 2026. A renovation company is listed as down, with the reason stated.
The page states that these numbers are not a promise. The clients shown there are in Singapore; we do not claim a Malaysian result here.
Who we are not right for. If you want an agency you can visit in Kuala Lumpur or Penang, or one team running ads, social and SEO together, several agencies below fit that better.
The other 19, A to Z
Each entry uses only the agency's own website, checked on 8 November 2026. Prices in quotation marks are copied as written; the rest is our plain summary of what the site says. Each screenshot shows the agency's web address and the date. We do not link to any agency.

How to read a published SEO price in Malaysia
A published price is a good sign. It means you can compare before you call. But the numbers above do not all mean the same thing.
"From" is a floor, not a quote. JinMatic's "From RM900" and Exabytes' "As low as RM2,288" are entry points. Your price depends on the keywords, pages and competition in your trade. Source: JinMatic's own homepage and Exabytes' own SEO page, checked 8 Nov 2026.
Ranges tell you the spread. Mackyclyde, Newnormz and One Search Pro publish a range. Ask where your business would sit in it, and why.
Check what the price covers. Silver Mouse's RM3,000 starter is for GEO only. Xedea puts AI search in a higher tier. SingRank's S$750 includes SEO and GEO in one plan. These are different things, so a lower number is not always cheaper for the same work. Source: Silver Mouse's and Xedea's own pricing pages and our pricing page, checked 8 Nov 2026.
Check the billing period. KX & Partners shows RM880 without saying monthly. Ask before you assume.
Check SST and currency. Newnormz states its prices exclude SST. Ask every agency whether its quote includes SST. SingRank bills in Singapore dollars, so your bank's rate applies.
Eight agencies publish no price at all. That is common and not a warning sign by itself. Ask them for a written quote with an itemised scope, then compare like with like.
For full-service agencies that also run ads and social media, see our separate list of digital marketing agencies in Malaysia.
Questions to ask before you sign
Google publishes its own advice on hiring an SEO (Google Search Central). It says: "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google." Its suggested questions apply to every agency here, SingRank included. Ask them in writing:
- "What kind of results do you expect to see, and in what timeframe? How do you measure your success?"
- Will you share with me every change you make to my site, and the reasoning behind your recommendations?
- Can you show me one result for a client I can check myself, with the dates?
- What is the minimum term, how much notice do I give to stop, and what do I keep if I leave? (Our guide to switching SEO agency explains why the last part matters.)
- Is the price monthly, does it include SST, and what exactly is in scope each month?
- What will the monthly report show? (See what a monthly SEO report should show.)
- Who owns the website, the content and the Google accounts?
If an agency promises a ranking, ask what happens when it does not arrive. Our article on why no one can guarantee SEO results explains why, and what an SEO contract should say lists the clauses to look for.
Do you need an agency that also handles AI search?
Of the 20 agencies here, 18 mention AI search somewhere on their own site. Some have a full GEO service page; others have a section on the SEO page, a line on the homepage or a guide. For two, KX & Partners and SEO.my, we found none.
Google lists "Optimizing for generative AI" among the services an SEO can provide (Google Search Central). It also says pages need no special treatment to show up in its AI features (Google Search Central). In practice, a page that Google can find, read and trust is the base for both.
So ask any agency selling AI search what it will change on your site, and how it will show you the before and after. Our study of 35 Klang Valley business pages looked at how easy they are for AI tools to read (what 35 Klang Valley pages show). If you sell into Singapore from Johor, our Johor Bahru AEO study covers that case.
FAQ
Is there one SEO agency in Malaysia that suits everyone?
No. The right agency depends on your budget, your trade, how much work you need each month and the contract you can accept. Shortlist two or three from this page, send each the same questions in writing, and check one dated result from each yourself before you sign.
How much does SEO cost in Malaysia?
On 8 November 2026, the prices published by agencies on this page ran from RM880 for a basic package (billing period not stated) and "From RM900" up to RM12,000+ a month at the top of one agency's range. Eight agencies publish no price. Starting prices buy different scopes, so ask for an itemised quote and whether SST is included. Source: each agency's own website, checked 8 Nov 2026.
Can an SEO agency guarantee first-page rankings in Malaysia?
No. Google's own guidance says "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google." An agency can promise the work it will do, how it will report and how you can leave. It cannot promise where Google will place you. Treat a ranking guarantee as a reason to ask more questions, not a reason to sign.
Can a Singapore agency handle SEO for a Malaysian business?
Yes, if it researches Malaysian searches and you are comfortable working remotely. SingRank works with Malaysian businesses from Singapore, with no office in Malaysia, and bills in Singapore dollars. If you want face-to-face meetings, choose an agency with an office near you. If you also sell in Singapore, our list of SEO agencies in Singapore is built the same way.
Are AI answers reliable for comparing agency prices?
Use them for names, not prices. On 8 November 2026, an AI answer gave one agency's price as a custom quote while that agency's own homepage showed monthly prices. Always confirm the price on the agency's own page and in writing.
Why does SingRank list itself first?
Because this is our website and we sell SEO. Wherever we put ourselves, it would be our choice, so we say so openly. We do not rank the other 19 and we do not link to them. Judge our entry with the same questions as everyone else's.
Start with a free review, not a contract
Before you talk to any of the SEO agencies in Malaysia above, it helps to know where you stand. Send us your website and we review it for free. We look at the site, how it shows up on Google and who you compete with, then tell you the first things we would fix. We reply within 1 working day. The plan is S$750 a month, billed in Singapore dollars, with a 3-month minimum and then 30 days' written notice. If that is not the right step for your business yet, we say so and suggest what is.
See our pricing or contact SingRank.
Written by Khuzayfah Redo, SingRank. SingRank publishes this page and lists itself first; the other agencies are listed A to Z, unranked, with no payment and no links. Facts about the other SEO agencies in Malaysia listed here come only from their own websites, checked on 8 November 2026; prices and services change, so confirm with each agency before you decide. No agency can guarantee rankings, AI mentions, enquiries or sales, and that includes SingRank.
