Meet Aira — still learning, built in the open.
Aira is the customer-service chatbot we are building at SingRank. It is not launched yet — it is in its learning stage, and we would rather tell you that plainly than fake a demo. This page explains what Aira is being built to do, and why we think it is worth doing properly.
Where Aira stands today
Aira is in active development and not yet publicly available. There is no live demo and no launch date we can honestly commit to. When Aira ships, this page will change — and the first version will have been tested on our own enquiries before it ever touches a client's.
What Aira is being built to do
Handle the repetitive front line. The same twenty questions arrive every week — price, hours, availability, process. Aira is being built to answer those instantly and accurately, in your business's own tone.
Hand over cleanly to humans. The moment a conversation needs judgement, empathy or a decision, Aira's job is to step aside — with the full context passed to you, so the customer never repeats themselves.
Never guess. The rule Aira inherits from everything else we build: unknown and zero are different answers. If Aira does not know, it says so and routes to a human — it does not improvise an answer that costs you a customer.
Why build our own instead of reselling one
Off-the-shelf chatbots exist, and for many businesses they are fine — we install and configure them today as part of our Leads package. Aira is our attempt at the version we actually want: one that respects the honesty rules we work by, speaks Southeast Asian customers' languages naturally, and connects to the same lead-tracking system that already traces every enquiry to its source.
Building slowly and saying 'learning stage' out loud is the same policy as the rest of this site: we would rather under-promise than launch theatre.

Can I use Aira today?
No — Aira is in its learning stage and not publicly available. If you need conversational cover for enquiries now, our Leads package installs and configures a proven chatbot with lead tracking today, from S$300/month.
When will Aira launch?
We do not publish a date we cannot stand behind. Progress is real but unfinished. Register interest on WhatsApp and you will hear when there is something worth showing — not before.
What will Aira cost?
Undecided, honestly. Pricing will be published when the product is real enough to price. No pre-orders, no deposits.
Why show an unfinished product at all?
Because we tell clients to build authority by showing real work early — and we hold ourselves to the same advice. This page exists so that when Aira ships, the trail of what we said and when is public.
What can I use from SingRank right now?
Everything else on this site is live today: the SEO/AEO/GEO visibility system, the SingRank Pixel, lead tracking, web design and custom software. Aira is the one thing on this site marked 'in development' — deliberately.
