What the SingRank Pixel does
SingRank Pixel is our website tracking tool. Its script records supported actions such as WhatsApp clicks and contact-form submissions, along with available page and referral information. It also includes an image-based endpoint that can record requests without JavaScript. Coverage depends on what the visitor, browser or crawler sends.
What the tracker helps you understand
Contact actions on your website. See supported WhatsApp clicks and form submissions with their recorded page information. A click shows intent to contact you; it does not confirm that a message was sent.
Identifiable AI referral visits. Where a visit includes a recognised AI referrer or campaign marker, the tracker can identify that source. Visits without those signals may remain direct or unknown.
Requests that reach the tracking endpoint. An image request can be recorded without JavaScript if it is fetched. Some crawlers do not fetch images, so server or platform logs are also useful when investigating access.

Does this replace Google Analytics?
No. It can work alongside your existing analytics. We use the tools together according to the information your business needs.
Will it affect website performance?
The setup uses a script and an image request. We check the implementation on your site and review performance as part of installation.
Can it identify every search keyword or AI answer?
No. Browsers and platforms do not share all source information. The tracker records what is available; it cannot recover every search query or the exact AI answer a visitor saw.
What information does it record?
The setup records supported website actions and available page, referral or campaign context. We review the actual fields, site settings and data handling with you before installation.
How do I get it?
Tracking is available with our Leads package from S$300/month and the visibility programme. We check your platform, access and required events before agreeing the setup.
