SingRank Pixel
The tracking pixel that sees what your analytics can't.
Google Analytics tells you about humans who ran JavaScript. But AI crawlers don't run JavaScript — so the visitors deciding whether ChatGPT recommends you are invisible to almost every site on the internet. We built a pixel that sees them, and then follows the ones that matter all the way to the enquiry.
What the SingRank Pixel does
The SingRank Pixel is a first-party tracking layer with two parts: a no-JavaScript image pixel that logs AI crawlers such as GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and CCBot (which never execute scripts), and a script that detects human visitors arriving from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Bing chat, then captures WhatsApp clicks and contact-form submissions with their source — so every enquiry is traceable to the search or AI answer that caused it.
Why ordinary tracking misses the AI era
AI crawlers don't run JavaScript. GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and their kind fetch your HTML and leave. Script-based analytics never fires, so they are simply absent from your reports. Our pixel includes a plain image request — the one thing every crawler still triggers — so each visit is logged.
AI referrals look like 'direct' traffic. When someone clicks through from a ChatGPT answer, most setups file it under direct or lose it entirely. The pixel recognises referrers and URL fingerprints from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Bing chat, You.com, Poe and Phind — so AI-driven buyers are counted, not buried.
Traffic reports stop before the money. Knowing you got 5,000 visits answers nothing. The pixel captures the moment that matters — the WhatsApp click, the form submit — together with the page and source that produced it. That is how we know which keywords bring buyers, and which just bring browsers.
From search to sale — the flow we actually track
- 1. Someone searches — On Google, on Maps, or by asking an AI assistant.
- 2. They land on your page — The pixel logs the visit and where it came from — including AI answers.
- 3. They act — A WhatsApp click or a form submit is captured with its full context.
- 4. You see the chain — In your dashboard: this keyword → this page → this enquiry. Budget follows what converts.
Common questions
Do I need to replace Google Analytics?
No — the pixel runs alongside whatever you already use. It exists to capture what other tools structurally can't: AI crawler visits, AI referrals, and enquiry-level attribution. Keep GA for what GA is good at.
Is it heavy? Will it slow my site down?
No. It is a tiny image request plus a lightweight script — no cookies banners triggered by us, no bulky tag containers. It is the same pixel we run on this very site.
What exactly will I learn from it?
Three things most owners have never seen: which AI engines are reading your site (and how often), which AI assistants send you real visitors, and which searches and pages actually produce WhatsApp chats and form submissions — not just traffic.
Is it privacy-safe for my visitors?
The pixel is first-party and logs traffic sources and enquiry events — not keystrokes, not personal profiles, not cross-site ad tracking. Data lands in your dashboard, used to improve your own marketing, nothing else.
How do I get it?
It is included in our Leads package from S$300/month and in the full visibility package. Installation is a small snippet we set up for you — most sites are live the same day.
The short version
You cannot manage what you cannot see. The SingRank Pixel makes the invisible parts of modern search — AI crawlers, AI referrals, and the searches behind your enquiries — visible in one place: your dashboard.
