What we set up
WhatsApp and website AI chatbot
It answers common questions from the price list, FAQ and service pages you approve. It collects the name, number and what the person needs, then sends the lead to the right person on your team. When the answer is not in your material, it says so and hands over.
An AI assistant on your own documents (RAG)
Your team asks a question in plain language. The assistant searches only the SOPs, price sheets and policies you approve, answers, and shows which document the answer came from. This is called RAG: the AI looks things up before it answers, instead of answering from memory.
AI agents that use your tools (MCP)
An agent can read and update the tools you allow, such as a Google Sheet, a CRM, a CMS or a calendar. We connect it through MCP, the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for linking AI assistants to tools and data. Anything that sends, pays or deletes gets an approval step.
Private and local AI
Some data should not leave the business. A local model runs on your own computer or server. Before you buy any hardware, we check what a local model can and cannot do well for your task.

Bring one real task. We build the first working version together, so your team understands it and can keep it running.
How a setup runs
- Pick one task. One question type, one lead flow or one report. Not the whole company at once.
- Check data and access. We confirm which documents and tools the AI may use, and where a person must approve.
- Build and test with real questions. We test with messages your customers and staff actually send.
- Launch with limits and a handover. You get the agreed access, documentation and a plan for changes.

- WhatsApp lead follow-up and automation: from S$500/month, plus a one-time setup fee quoted after we see your workflow.
- AI assistants, AI agents, private AI and custom software: priced by quote once we see the scope.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted first and starts only after you approve it.

Questions
Will the chatbot make things up? Any AI model can give a wrong answer. We limit it to the information you approve, test it with your real questions, and set it to hand over to a person when the answer is not in your material.
Which AI model do you use? We choose per project: a hosted model or a local one, based on your data, budget and the languages your customers use. We explain the choice before the build starts.
Can it reply in the languages my customers use? We test the languages your customers actually write in before launch, using your real messages.
Who owns the system and the data? Ownership, hosting, account access, data location and export are agreed before development. At handover your team receives the access and documentation listed in the scope.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent? A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also take actions in the tools you allow, such as adding a row to a sheet or booking a slot. Agents get stricter limits and approval steps.
Do I need to be technical? No. Show us the slow or repeated part of the work. We recommend the simplest setup and explain it in plain language before you approve anything.
